Johannes Derboven

Johannes Derboven studied Environmental, Health and Safety Management at the HUBrussels and subsequently Economic Policy and Economics at the University of Leuven. In October 2017 he joined the Centre for Social Policy. He is currently working on the EWIGE2-project, which is about the integration of wealth data and policies in the tax-benefit microsimulation model EUROMOD. His main research interests are the poverty-reducing, distributional and budgetary effects of wealth related policies and of tax shifts between different types of (wealth) taxes.
